Previous retail or trade sales experience highly regarded
n
Strong product knowledge or genuine interest in tools, hardware, or trade supplies
n
A target-driven individual who thrives in a rapid-paced sales environment

Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail

Confident using POS and computer systems with a willingness to learn new technologies
n
A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and generate strong sales results

What your day will look like

Engage directly with customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email to deliver tailored product advice and solutions

Promote deals, bundles, and product features to maximise sales opportunities
n
Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional buying experience, every time

Support merchandising and stock presentation in line with company standards

Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and uphold brand reputation

Stay up to date with new products, promotions, and industry trends through regular training
