We are currently seeking an enthusiastic part-time administration officer to join our Active Life Studio two days per week. This position reports directly to the Director of Home and Community Services, and is responsible in directing and managing the administrative function of the department. Responding to all incoming enquiries through the main line, and responding to them promptly and appropriately. Welcoming members of the Active Life Studio upon arrival to the gym and directing members appropriately. Supporting the Director in administrative tasks.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
n
Work flexibly and reliably within a multidisciplinary team within an admin role;
n
Supporting the general administration of the Active Life Studio team, particularly the Director of Home and Community Services.
n
Answering and screening all incoming telephone calls. Respond to enquiries promptly and appropriately.
n
Greet members of the Active Life Studio upon arrival to the gym and remain attentive to their needs.
n
Manage bookings through the Glofox system.
n
Manage payments through Health fund and credit card terminal.
n
Daily Mail Management for Active Life Studio
n
Ordering of stationary and office supplies for Active Life Studio
n
Establish and maintain office filing systems.
n
Record all
compliments/complaints/incidences
through Ionmy system
n
Proactive in managing day to day administrative duties and problems that may arise
n
As required support the Dementia Consultant, Physiotherapist with administrative tasks.
n
Performing ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Director Home and Community Services.
n
Three (3) years' in an administrative position working in a business environment.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication.
n
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
n
Advanced Word and PowerPoint, and intermediate Excel.
n
High level of attention to detail and follow up.
n
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
n
