Beautopia West Coast is a hair and beauty supply store located in Geelong and is seekinga full time customer service orientated store manager.
n
We are a small passionate team, so the incoming Manager will need a hands on approach as well as being strategic to manage this business,
n
We sellall the major brands in the hair and beauty industry with a diverse range of products.
n
To be successful you must:
n
Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
n
Have the ability to effectively operate a warehouse
n
Be highly organised and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
n
Have experience in sales, with an understanding or history with stock control.
n
Be motivated and have a outstanding eye for detail.
n
You will need to be confident and outgoing and comfortable to work as part of a small team.
n
Hairdressing background is an advantage as we mainly focus on hair products
n
Have previous management experience.
n
Key responsibilities include
n
In store sales,



assisting with customers in person and by phone.
n
Monitoring stock levels of all products and ordering when required.
n
Experience with Stock takes/cycle counts.
n
Picking and packing of customer orders, including invoicing and branch transfers.
n
Housekeeping and maintenance of the store.
n
General administration.
n
Opening and closing of the store
n
Planning growth of the store in consultation with management.
n
Managing a small team
n
Overseeing stock deliveries to local salons by team members
n
Full training will be provided on systems/procedures and core brands.
n
This is a full time position Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays to cover planned leave if required
n
Apart from running the store - there are training courses to be organised and also promotion of our major brands.
n
