About the role

Based in Roma, this is apivotal position will see you leading several direct reports whilebeing responsible forthe
commercial,operationaland
overall efficiency of theRomabranch.

Provide leadership and adherence to WH&S;,qualityand environmental areas
n
Ensure hire operations are productive and outcomes are monitored
n




Actively contribute to business performance through relationship building and pursuit of opportunities
n
Review financial performance to allow informed decision making
n
Monitor state of equipment and make recommendations on plant purchases
n
Ensure the branch is suitability staffed – coaching and mentoring
n
Oversee branch administration and supply agreements
n

Skills & experience
n
Weseeka commercially focused professional with heavy equipment and plant hire / rental or mine site experience. Ideally you would have built your career from a relevant trade background, you will have led and developed teams while managing strategic corporate
accounts.Withfinancial
responsibilityand reporting, you willpossessa high levelof computer skills, knowledge of WH&S; and the environmental management and implications of earthmoving equipment.Based in Roma,there is accommodation available. This role would suit someone with ties to the region, or an individual who enjoys the regional lifestyle and is seeking a change from the demands of metropolitan living.
