Our client is a growing and successful finance and leasing business seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team 2 days per week. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‐on, providing practical HR advice and helping a growing business build strong people practices.

HR Generalist / HR Advisor – 2 Days Per Week
n
About the Role
n
Working closely with management, you will provide practical, commercially focused HR support across the employee lifecycle, including:
n
n
Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
n
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement
n
Managing performance and employee relations matters
n
Assisting with policies, procedures and HR documentation
n
Supporting compliance with employment legislation and best practice
n
Providing advice on remuneration, performance reviews and workplace issues
n
Helping develop and improve HR processes as the business continues to grow
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for an experienced HR skilled who is practical, approachable and confident providing advice across a broad range of HR matters.
n




You may be an experienced HR Generalist looking for greater flexibility, a qualified returning to the workforce after a career break, or an experienced HR practitioner who would prefer a rewarding part‐time opportunity rather than a full‐time commitment.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Solid generalist HR experience
n
Strong knowledge of Australian employment practices
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A practical and solutions-focused approach
n
The confidence to work autonomously and build strong relationships with stakeholders
n
Previous experience supporting a small to medium‐sized business would be highly regarded
n
