Job Description
Dhelkaya Health, a community-focused health service in regional Victoria, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Community Nursing team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to clients at home, covering District Nursing Services and Palliative Care across a seven-day service.

You will assess, educate and collaborate with clients, carers and healthcare providers to achieve positive health outcomes and person-centred care. Victorian registration is required.
