About the role
n
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Cert III Educator to join our team and support our service in maintaining the highest standards of education and care.
n
In this role you will be providing high-quality care and fostering a positive learning environment within our service.
n
Key Responsibilities:

Provide High-Quality Care
n
n
Ensure that children's needs are met in a safe, nurturing and engaging environment to promote their emotional, social and educational development.

Support Learning Activities
n
n
Assist with the implementation of the educational program, following the curriculum and supporting children's individual interests, strengths and development goals.
n

Be a Positive Role Model
n
n
Model appropriate behaviour and communication skills, guiding children through daily routines and interactions.
n
n
Adaptability
n
n
Work across different age groups and rooms as needed, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for all children.
n

Collaborate with the Team
n
n
Work effectively with other educators and the centre management team to ensure smooth operations and communication.
n

Create a Safe and Inclusive Environment:

Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming space that prioritises children's health, safety and wellbeing.

What you'll need:
n
n
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
n
Solid understanding of the EYLF 2.0
n
Knowledge and understanding of educator responsibilities under the NQF
n
Current NSWWorking with Children Check
n
Current First Aid and CPR qualification (or willingness to obtain)
n
Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and emergency asthma management training
n
n
