Job Title: APS6 Procurement Advisor | Commonwealth Procurement
n
Deliver end-to-end Commonwealth procurement and contract management activities, providing expert advice and supporting compliant, efficient and value-for-money outcomes within an Australian Government setting.
n
Location: ACT, NSW
n
Contract Duration: 1 October **** to 30 June ****

Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline
n
Closing Date: Monday 31 August ****

Essential Tasks
n
n
Lead end-to-end procurement activities including planning, market engagement, evaluation, contract establishment and contract management.
n
Provide procurement and contract management advice aligned with Commonwealth Procurement Rules and relevant governance requirements.
n
Partner with business areas to develop procurement strategies and sourcing approaches that achieve value-for-money outcomes.
n
Prepare and review procurement documentation and support contract variations, extensions, performance management and dispute resolution.
n

Key Criteria
n
n
Demonstrated experience providing end-to-end procurement and contract management support and compliance advice.
n
Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
Certificate IV in Government procurement, contract management, or equivalent professional experience.
n
Strong understanding of Commonwealth procurement, the Resource Management Framework, CPRs and public sector governance.
