THE ROLE
n
As the dedicated Leasing Manager, you'll work closely with the Property Management team to ensure properties are leased efficiently, professionally and with a premium level of service.
n
Your Day-to-day Will Include
n
n
Managing all leasing activity across the rent roll
n
Responding to property enquiries via phone and email
n
Conducting home opens and private viewings
n
Meeting, qualifying and building rapport with prospective tenants
n
Processing tenancy applications
n
Conducting current tenant handovers
n
Maintaining strong communication with landlords and the Property Management team
n
Ensuring properties are leased quickly while maintaining exceptional service standards
n
Representing the brand with professionalism at every touchpoint
n

THE WORKING WEEK
n
This Is a Permanent, Full-time Position Working
n
4 weekdays + Saturday
n




Saturday hours will vary from week to week depending on the number of home opens booked giving you a little more flexibility while still being rewarded for your results.

About You
n
To Be Successful, You'll Have
n
n
Minimum 2 years of experience in Leasing, Assistant Property Management or Property Management - experience is essential
n
Current WA Property Management Registration and CPD points
n
Exceptional presentation, communication and people skills
n
Strong organisation and time management abilities
n
A proactive, energetic attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
n
The confidence to work autonomously while being a strong team player
n
Strong computer skills PropertyTree experience highly regarded
n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
