MBL Food & Packaging is a leading Western Australian wholesale distribution business, proudly servicing the meat, bakery and foodservice industries for more than 75 years.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team, servicing and growing our Retail Butchery, Bakery and Supermarket customer base across WA.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
n
n
Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
n
Drive profitable sales growth across the retail butcher channel.
n
Identify and convert new business opportunities.
n
Deliver product and solution-based selling.
n
Execute MBL's sales and market strategies.
n
Manage the sales pipeline and customer activity.
n
Achieve agreed sales, margin and growth targets.
n
Work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
n
Identify customer needs and proactively resolve issues.
n

About You
n
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships and achieving results.
n
n
Trade experience in Butchery and or Bakery preferred but not essential
n
Sales or account management experience, preferably within food, wholesale or retail.
n
Robust communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
n
A genuine desire to develop and grow your sales career.
n
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
n
Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills.
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
High levels of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
n
A current unrestricted driver's licence.
