About the Role
n
Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, this role supports day-to-day operations by ensuring our crew are compliant, and ready to work across multiple client sites. You'll work closely with team leaders, subcontractors and project teams to support daily operations.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance records are aligned with project requirements
n
Liaise with clients to confirm bookings, job details and any follow-up to ensure a high level of service delivery
n
Work closely with theOperations Coordinatoron asset and people utilisation,



maintenance planning and scheduling.
n
Provide day-to-day operational support to supervisors and crews, ensuring effective communication across teams
n
Help identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction
n
Assist finance team with any follow-up documentation
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Experience in operations or project administration
n
Background in construction, transport, manufacturing, or similar heavy industry preferred
n
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and follow-through
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive team-first approach
n
Confidence working with internal teams and external stakeholders
n
