Job Description
CDC NSW, part of ComfortDelGro Corporation Australia (CDC), is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to be a key link between customers, drivers, depot teams and the Operations Control Centre.
You will operate across bus stops and interchanges, identify issues, respond to changing situations and ensure customers receive explicit, accurate information from the ground.
Your observations will inform operational decisions, help resolve complaints and improve service delivery.
