Job Description
We are looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy cold storage operation in Veradilla. This is a permanent role for reliable, safety-focused operators who can work in a fast-paced cold environment and are willing to learn.

About the Role
n
Operate a Toyota forklift to move, pick and load products for dispatch. You'll also wrap pallets and help with general labouring as needed. The role involves working in chilled (0–2°C) and freezer (-20°C) areas, with protective clothing provided.

Key Responsibilities
n

Operate a Toyota forklift safely
n
Load and unload pallets
n
Move and store products in chiller and freezer areas
n
Complete basic forklift checks
n
Wrap pallets and assist with general labouring
n
Work with the team to meet daily targets
n
Check stock and report any issues
n
Follow safety, hygiene and PPE requirements
n
Keep work areas clean and safe
n

About You
n
n
Current Forklift License and experience preferred
n
Warehouse or logistics experience preferred
n
Reliable and safety-focused
n
Comfortable working in cold and freezer areas
n
Good attention to detail
n
Basic computer skills
n
Good communication and teamwork
n
n
Pay and Roster
n
n
Starting rate: $***** per hour
n
Training is provided, with opportunities to increase your hourly rate as you build your skills.

Roster
n
n
Choose your shift: 4am or 3pm start – stay on the same shift
n
Days rotate, including weekends
n
10 hour shift, 4 days per week
n
n
