A1 Recruitment is recruiting for an established international food trading and supply business looking to add an experienced Logistics & Documentation Officer to its specialist Reefer Team.
n
You'll manage the end-to-end logistics and documentation of international perishable cargo shipments, working across reefer, air freight, LCL and consolidation.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Coordinate international freight bookings and shipments
n
Manage reefer, air freight, LCL and consolidations
n
Prepare export documentation including CI, Packing Lists, Health Certificates, COO and Bills of Lading
n
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and 3PLs
n
Track deliveries and resolve shipment delays
n
Review freight and supplier invoices
n
Maintain inventory and shipment records
n
n
About You:
n
n
Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding or export documentation
n
Reefer/perishable or food logistics experience highly regarded
n
Strong attention to detail and organisation
n
Confident managing multiple shipments and deadlines
n
