Job Description
West Moreton Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead the PMHS team within a correctional setting, overseeing coordination, development and quality improvement of mental health services.
The role includes direct clinical care, triage, assessment and discharge planning for referred individuals.
You will build and sustain partnerships with government and non‐government agencies, including Prison Health Service and Queensland Corrective Services, to support ongoing care and treatment in the
