WHAT IS THE ROLE?
This role sits within the Buzz Finance division, directly reporting to the CFO.
You will be a conduit between Finance and the business and will provide crucial decision support, insightful analysis and continuous improvement across key finance processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Business partnering with Client Services, Product Development, Supply Chain, Production and Logistics
Developing inputs into the monthly forecasts for P&L; and Cashflow and identifying risks and opportunities
Supporting the annual budgeting process
Providing financial analysis for new projects to evaluate commercial viability.
Performing analysis for project close outs
Providing reporting and analysis for quarterly Board meeting.
Implementing productivity improvements by automating and simplifying financial processes.
Ad hoc financial modelling and/or scenario analysis
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
This is an important role requiring the following:




Bachelor's degree inFinance/Accounting,Business/Commerce or related field (CA/CPA preferred)
Prior experience in a simlar role, preferably in a consumer products business.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to manage ambiguity
Excellent time management skills and ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Continuous improvement mindset
Advanced skills in MS Excel
Experience with Power BI and Sage or other ERP system (desired but not essential).
