Your challenge
n In this role, you will lead the commissioning, testing, and validation of swappable battery systems, charging stations, and advanced electric vehicles.
n
You'll load and configure the latest software onto vehicle control systems, ensuring all hardware and software components are correctly integrated and ready for commissioning.
n
You'll create and document commissioning procedures in JIRA, troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and mentor production technicians to support effective, high-quality delivery.
n

About You
n You are an analytical problem-solver who thrives under pressure and loves figuring out what makes complex systems tick.
n
You hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, alongside at least three years of experience commissioning or testing fixed plant or vehicle control systems.
n
You bring solid expertise in CAN bus, electronics, PLC, and vehicle diagnostics, backed by exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
n
Most importantly, you are a strong communicator who enjoys training others, creating clear documentation, and working alongside cross-functional teams to make an impact.
