Job Description
Department of Justice and Community Safety in Melbourne seeks a Victim Support Worker to provide trauma-informed help through the Victims of Crime Helpline.
You will support victims, explain entitlements and connect people to services with empathy and transparent guidance.
The role requires a bachelor degree (or equivalent) and MARAM training, plus at least two years' experience in family violence or victim support.
National police checks may be required.
