About the Role
n
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic barista to join our client's team based in North Sydney. You will provide top-notch coffee services to their internal and external corporate clients.
n
You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. You will also engage with corporate employees and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
n

Prepare and serve coffee beverages to order, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks.
n
Ensure coffee machines and equipment are properly maintained and cleaned.
n
Provide excellent customer service, greeting and interacting with corporate employees and visitors.
n
Maintain a clean and organised work area, including restocking supplies as needed.
n




Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
n
Assist with other related tasks as required by the client.
n

Requirements
n
n
Proven experience as a barista in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
n
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
n
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
n
Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
n
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
n
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional evenings.
n
Valid certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
