What You'll Be Doing
n
Every day is different.
n
You'll be the trusted expert helping homeowners navigate the repair process following storms, floods, fires and other insurable events.
n
Your role will include:
n
Conducting site inspections and assessing property damage
n
Preparing detailed repair scopes and cost estimates
n
Producing accurate reports and quotations
n
Collaborating with project managers, supervisors and subcontractors
n
Identifying opportunities to improve project outcomes and profitability
n




Managing estimates from initial inspection through to project award
n
Delivering exceptional customer experiences during what can often be a stressful time for homeowners
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're less interested in titles and more interested in attitude, capability and a commitment to doing great work.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
Experience estimating within the insurance building industry
n
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and materials
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
The ability to read plans, specifications and construction documentation
n
A practical trade or construction background (carpentry highly regarded)
n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
Knowledge of the National Construction Code and WHS requirements
n
A current driver's licence
n
Experience with Prime Ecosystem (advantageous but not essential)
n
