Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and operational practices across acquired portfolio companies

Engage directly with consultants, managers, and stakeholders to understand day-to-day operations and identify improvement opportunities
n
Evaluate key business metrics, KPIs, and performance data to support decision‐making
n
Review and assess the utilisation of ATS, CRM, and other business systems to identify optimisation opportunities
n
Develop recommendations for process improvement, workflow redesign, and operational efficiency
n

Responsibilities

Review and assess the utilisation of ATS, CRM, and other business systems to identify optimisation opportunities

Develop recommendations for process improvement, workflow redesign, and operational efficiency

Document current and future-state business processes and support implementation initiatives
n
Conduct market research and industry analysis to support future acquisition and growth activities
n
Prepare reports, presentations,



and business recommendations for senior management
n
Assist with broader business operations and strategic projects as part of a growing start‐up environment
n
n
Your Profile
n
n
Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Process Improvement Specialist, Management Consultant, Business Transformation Consultant, or similar
n
Demonstrated experience analysing business workflows and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate findings into practical recommendations
n
Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Comfortable working autonomously in a newly established business environment
n
Robust commercial awareness and ability to understand business performance drivers
n
Fluent Japanese and English language skills (written and spoken) are essential
n
