Your new organisation is a growing, ISO-certified restoration and facilities management company delivering fire, flood and mould restoration alongside building and property maintenance services across Victoria. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and a supportive team culture, they're now looking to add Restoration Technicians to their team.

About this prospect:

Full time permanent position
n
$75,000 – $90,000 + super, depending on experience
n
8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
n
One of the roles on offer may suit a candidate ready to step into site leadership, leading the crew and managing smaller jobs
n
Mostly small domestic jobs to start, with the opportunity to progress onto larger commercial projects as you prove yourself
n

What you'll be doing:
n
Carrying out fire, water and mould restoration works across residential and commercial properties
n
Conducting moisture testing, monitoring and equipment setup as part of the drying and remediation process
n
Setting up containment,



drying equipment and other restoration systems in line with industry standards
n
Communicating professionally with clients, and where required, insurers and assessors
n
For candidates leading a site — coordinating and overseeing the crew, managing day-to-day site activities, and ensuring work is completed safely and to standard
n
Working to strict safety and quality procedures across all job types
n
Maintaining accurate job documentation and reporting
n
To be considered for this role:
n
Proven experience as a Restoration Technician — water, fire and/or mould restoration experience essential
n
IICRC certification highly regarded (WRT, AMRT or equivalent)
n
Experience leading or supervising a crew highly regarded for candidates seeking a site leadership role
n
Comfortable working independently and managing your own time on smaller jobs
n
Strong communication skills, client-facing and professional
n
Current driver's licence
n
White Card
n
Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions
n
