We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Kensington store. This is a great development opportunity for an ambitious retail leader looking to take the next step in their career. Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll help lead a team of four colleagues, driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
n
Coach and develop a team of four colleagues.
n
Drive sales performance and deliver store targets.
n
Deliver exceptional customer service.
n
Maintain high standards of presentation, compliance and operations.
n




Represent the store confidently during stakeholder visits.
n
Lead the store in the Store Manager's absence.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager is preferred.
n
Confident leadership and communication skills.
n
Strong sales and customer service experience.
n
Comfortable coaching colleagues and supporting performance.
n
Qualified and confident with visiting stakeholders and senior leaders.
n
Optical experience is welcome but not essential.
