Job Description
St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a Social Worker (Level 1-2) for the Community Mental Health Services at St Vincent's Public Hospital, Sydney. This permanent part-time role (32 hours per week) offers a recovery-focused, multidisciplinary workplace.

You will lead client care, perform biopsychosocial assessments, document and review treatment plans, and collaborate with families, carers and community networks while maintaining accurate records and using EMR systems.
