The opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in our Grafton clinic and servicing the
surroundingClarence
Valley region as a locum.
n
You'll work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and take on an existing NDIS and community aged care caseload for a period of 2- 4 months. Things you will be doing;
n
n
Delivering in-home services through a variety of community aged care programs, including;Home modifications Equipment and adaptive aids prescription Pressure injury risk assessment and reporting
n
Functional assessments and reports Deliver NDIS servicesTypes of referrals: Neurological disorders, Physical disabilities, autism spectrum disorders,



spinal cord injuries Functional assessments and reports
n
Assistive technology assessment and reports Ongoing therapy for capacity building for daily activities Cognitive assessments
n
n
Not required, but if Paediatrics is an area of interest this is an area we are able to support building a caseload in.

Requirements:

Hold an Occupational Therapy degree
n
Strong organisation and communication skills

Valid police check

Valid drivers licence
