Based in Moorabbin in Melbourne's South East, this full-time role offers hybrid working with three days in the office and two days from home.

The Opportunity
n
Reporting directly to our Marketing Manager, you'll help bring the KOJA brand to life across campaigns, new product launches, content, partnerships, eCommerce and retail.
n
You'll have meaningful responsibility from day one while working closely with an experienced Marketing Manager who will support your development.
n
This is an ideal next step for a strong emerging marketer who wants broader experience, more responsibility and the opportunity to make a visible impact within a growing consumer brand.

What You'll Do
n
n
Execute brand campaigns across KOJA's consumer channels.
n
Support new product launches from brief through to launch.
n
Coordinate the annual content calendar, ensuring activity is planned, briefed and delivered on time.
n
Coordinate influencer, ambassador and brand partnerships.
n
Deliver email and CRM campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
n
Work with our Sales team to support retail activations and promotional campaigns.
n
Work closely with our Social Media Coordinator, creators and external partners.
n




Track campaign performance and consumer insights to identify opportunities to improve.
n

About You
n
You're an ambitious, hands-on creative marketer who is genuinely curious about consumers and what drives their decisions.
n
You're exceptionally organised. You bring structure to busy environments, stay across the detail and are known for getting things done.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Around 3-5 years' experience in brand or consumer marketing.
n
A good understanding of consumer behaviour
n
Experience executing consumer campaigns from brief through to delivery.
n
Confidence managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong follow-through.
n
Curiosity, ambition and a willingness to learn and develop quickly.
n
n
Experience in FMCG will be highly regarded. Skills in Canva, CRM, eCommerce, Shopify or Klaviyo are great, but we don't expect you to be an expert in everything.
