We are representing a premium boutique law firm, specialising in the areas of commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring.

The role

Due to growth, the firm is looking for a commercial litigation associate and senior associate to join their leading team. The firm prides itself on the high calibre of its team, as well as the top-quality and complex nature of the work they do. Equally, there is a solid focus on creating a culture of happy lawyers who are passionate masters of their craft.

About you
n
The ideal candidate will be a specialist in the litigation and insolvency space, with a passion for tackling complex matters in this space.



That said, they are also interested in general commercial litigators or insurance lawyers with D&O; experience.
n
Additionally, you will have:
n
n
highly-developed technical skills, including drafting of pleadings, letters of advice and general correspondence;
n
exceptional communication skills; and
n
a positive attitude and general get-up-and-go approach.
