About the Role

This isn't your average sales job.

You'll be at the heart of our business — helping customers find the right parts, closing sales, and delivering an experience that keeps them coming back.

You'll work across multiple online channels, deal with both retail and trade customers, and play a key role in driving revenue and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

Provide accurate parts interpreting and fitment advice
n
Prepare quotes and convert enquiries into sales
n
Process customer orders and manage follow-ups
n
Liaise with suppliers and place purchase orders

Build strong relationships with repeat and trade customers
