Must be 18+ with full Australian working rights

Current RSA (SA)
n
Basic Gaming Certificate (SA)
n
Availability for afternoon, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts
n
Willingness to obtain Responsible Person Badge and Advanced Gaming Certificate
n
Strong understanding of responsible service and compliance
n

ABOUT THE JOB
n
This is a casual role offering ***** hours per week, across a 7 day roster.
n
You'll be working across the gaming room and supporting broader service areas to deliver a seamless guest experience.
n
Your role will include:
n
n
Providing skilled and attentive service within the gaming room
n
Maintaining gaming areas, furniture, and equipment to required standards
n
Ensuring venue ambience including lighting, music, and cleanliness is on point
n
Supporting food and beverage service where required
n
Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard
n
Operating gaming terminals and supporting customer enquiries
n
Handling cash and using POS systems accurately
n
Maintaining presentation and cleanliness across all service areas
n
Supporting upselling and contributing to venue performance
n
Communicating effectively with team members across the venue
n
Following RSA, WHS, and all hotel procedures at all times
n
Supporting the team with general duties as required
n
n
This is a hands‐on role where professionalism, attention to detail, and teamwork are key.
