Running shifts like a well-oiled machine — QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) is your bread and butter
n
Backing up your Restaurant Manager to hit sales and performance targets
n
Coaching, training and levelling up your crew and management team
n
Sorting rotas, managing labour, and keeping an eye on the numbers
n
Making sure health, safety and food standards are always spot on
n
Turning customer hiccups into "actually, that was handled really well" moments
n
