The Opportunity
n
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our busy Service Department and drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
n
This is a senior leadership position with autonomy, strong support from ownership, and the prospect to make a genuine impact within a respected regional dealership.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and manage daily workshop operations
n
Drive labour sales, gross profit, and effective labour rate (ELR)



performance
n
Monitor technician productivity and workshop efficiency
n
Lead, mentor, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
n
Ensure outstanding customer experience and CSI performance
n
Manage warranty processes and manufacturer compliance
n
Maintain safe and compliant workshop practices
n
Automotive industry experience is preferred for this role
n

About You
n
You will bring:
n
n
Proven experience as a Service Manager or Senior Assistant Service Manager
n
Strong understanding of dealership service KPIs and financial drivers
n
Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
n
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
n
A desire to build a long-term career in a thriving regional community
n
Multi-franchise experience will be highly regarded.
