We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed
Conveyancer/Property
Lawyer to join our legal office. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys working directly with clients and managing conveyancing matters from start to finish.

Key responsibilities
n
Manage residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
n
Conduct property searches and review contracts and related documentation.
n
Prepare and process conveyancing documentation.
n
Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents, financial institutions and other stakeholders.
n
Manage settlements and ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time.
n
Maintain accurate file records and meet relevant compliance requirements.
n
Provide professional and responsive client service.
n
About you
n
A current Licensed
Conveyancer/Property
lawyer with minimum 5 years' experience.
n




Proven experience in residential conveyancing; commercial experience is desirable.
n
Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, proficient with Leap and PEXA.
n
Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation including AML/CTF laws.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
n
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters.
n
