Working closely alongside an established agent with 10+ years of industry experience, this is a great opportunity to build your career in residential sales with hands-on training, mentorship and exposure to the full sales process.

The Role:

Monday-Saturday
n
Up to $80K incl. Super
n
Phone & car allowance, laptop and iPad provided
n
Work alongside the lead agent across the full sales process
n
Buyer call-backs and buyer management
n
Open for Inspections and private inspections
n
Prospecting and lead generation
n
Database management and maintenance
n
Supporting campaigns and listings
n
Assist with day-to-day sales activity
n
Chance to learn from an experienced agent and external real estate coach
n

About You:
n

Previous real estate sales experience preferred, but not essential
n
Agents Representative Certificate
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Confident, professional and motivated
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Keen to develop a long-term career in real estate sales
n
Mature and professional approach
n
n
