We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with proven leadership experience to lead our Penrith team of clinicians across Western Sydney.
n
In this role you will:

Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
n
Support graduate and early career Occupational Therapistthrough clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development
n
Provide leadership across scheduling, referral allocation and workflow optimisation
n
Manage your own caseload and deliver timely, high-quality therapeutic services

Qualifications
n
To be successful you will have:
n
n
Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPRA
n
Proven leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians
n
Strong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload
n
Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying recent ideas
n
Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector
n
