Metro North Hospital & Health Service in Queensland is seeking a Social Worker for Maternity and Neonatology to deliver high-quality psychosocial support within Women's and Newborn Services at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team assisting patients and families through psychosocial assessment, risk management, advocacy, case management and discharge planning across complex maternity care, including domestic violence, bereavement and neonatal loss.
