About the role
n
We're growing and we're looking for a Leasing Agent to join our property management team. If you've got a year or two of leasing experience under your belt and you're looking for a role where you'll be genuinely supported, mentored, and given the room to grow — this could be a really excellent fit.

You'll be working with a quality inner-Brisbane portfolio, a team that does things properly, and a company that believes looking after its people is just as important as looking after its clients.

What you'll be doing
n
Running the leasing pipeline You'll take enquiries through to lease execution — qualifying applicants, booking and conducting inspections, processing applications, and getting great tenants across the line. You'll have the support and tools to do it well.

Conducting inspections You'll be the first person prospective tenants meet in person, so how you show up matters. You'll conduct inspections professionally and warmly — the kind of experience that makes people excited to call a GT property home.

Keeping documentation accurate and compliant Entry Notices, lease agreements — you'll keep your files tight and your compliance current. It's detail work,



and it's significant.

Working with the property management team You'll work closely with our property managers to coordinate smooth handovers and keep the portfolio running well. It's a collaborative team — everyone supports each other.

What we're looking for
n
n
Minimum of 1 year of leasing or property management experience in a Queensland real estate agency
n
A current QLD Certificate of Registration (required at the time of application)
n
Solid understanding of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
n
A current QLD driver's licence
n
Clear, friendly, and professional communicator — written and verbal
n
Someone who takes pride in accurate, compliant paperwork
n
Support of the greater team, including a virtual assistant to help with admin.
n
A proactive and positive approach to the day-to-day
n
Familiarity with PropertyMe or similar software (desirable)
n
Full Australian working rights
n
