Work Type: Catering Assistant / Barista – Level 3 and Supervisor opportunities available

Shifts: Monday to Friday only – morning shifts with occasional evening shifts available

Additional hours may also be available across our multiple award-winning TWG hospitality sites throughout Perth.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Café Barista and Catering Assistant to join our team at Woodside, a premier corporate site in the Perth CBD. This hands-on role offers variety across café operations, barista service, corporate catering and events, all within a state-of-the-art facility alongside passionate, like-minded professionals.

We're looking for an exceptional customer service guru who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences, excels at making quality coffee, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.

What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Delivering friendly, professional barista and POS service in our on-site café
n
Preparing food and supporting smooth front-of-house service
n
Delivering and setting up catering for café activations and corporate events
n




Supporting the Café Supervisor and contributing to a positive team environment
n
Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and service quality
n
n
What You'll Bring:
n
n
Proven experience in a busy café, corporate hospitality or premium service environment
n
Strong barista skills and a genuine passion for exceptional coffee
n
A warm, professional approach to customer service
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Professional presentation and pride in doing the job well
n
Food Handling/Food Safety knowledge or certification
n
The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive professional team
n
A proactive, positive and can-do attitude
n
n
Shifts and Opportunities Available:

n
Monday to Friday
n
Morning shifts: 6:30am – 2:30pm
n
Minimum 30 hours – HIGA Level 3 Catering & Barista
n
Full-time Supervisor opportunity available for the right candidate
n
