This position is working on a casual roster approx ***** hours a week.This will include some Saturdays.

An exciting chance exists to join our award-winning jewellery team. We are seeking an exceptional Sales Assistant with proven retail sales experience.
n
Jewellery and/or retail sales experience in a customer service focused environment will be highly regarded.
n
As the face of our business you will have a mature outlook with outstanding customer service skills.
n
Attention to detail, great personal presentation and pride in the store presentation is essential.
n
Being a fantastic communicator, both written and verbally is a crucial to this position.
n
Saturdays will form part of your roster - you will have some weekends off. You will need to be available over busy holiday periods.
n




You will be willing to learn and comply with our company policies and procedures.
n
Training will be provided but we expect you have experience in some of the duties below.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Provide exceptional customer service
n
Selling to customers and achieving KPI targets
n
Taking in repairs
n
Using our POS system to enter data and process sales
n
Processing customer orders
n
Small repairs
n
Cleaning and merchandising
n
Receiving and transferring stock
n
Stocktaking
n
n
