Millthorpe Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager to join our team in Millthorpe, NSW. This is a part-time position offering flexibility whilst maintaining responsibility for the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of our retail pharmacy. As Pharmacy Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction, staff performance, and business growth whilst maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy retail environment, including stock management, inventory control, and supplier relationships
n
Lead, motivate, and develop the pharmacy team, providing training, support, and performance management to ensure excellent customer service standards
n
Oversee customer service and dispensing operations to ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical and retail regulations
n
Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, budgeting, and cost control measures
n
Implement and maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards to enhance the customer shopping experience
n
Manage scheduling and roster planning to optimise staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage
n
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) requirements and pharmacy regulations
n




Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive footfall and sales growth

What we're looking for

Proven retail management experience, preferably within a pharmacy or healthcare retail setting
n
Must be able to Dispense scripts with webster packing a bonus
n
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
n
Excellent customer service orientation and ability to create a welcoming pharmacy environment
n
Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including dispensing systems, stock management, and regulatory requirements
n
Demonstrated organisational and administrative capability with strong attention to detail
n
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
