We're looking for a business development-driven sales professional to grow our customer base and win new accounts — with a bonus structure that rewards you for doing exactly that.

The Role
n
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role is weighted heavily toward business development — hunting current accounts, growing your patch and converting opportunities — with day-to-day order taking and customer support. If you're motivated by targets, commission and building a pipeline rather than just processing orders, this is built for you.

What You'll Do
n
n
Proactively hunt and win new business, presenting Corona's products and services
n
Research target accounts and build a genuine new-business pipeline
n
Grow and retain business within your allocated customer base
n
Build strong, lasting relationships through regular outbound customer contact
n
Report on call activity, market trends,



customer feedback and competitor moves
n
Handle inbound orders
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Experience in business development or new-business sales
n
Food industry or FMCG experience is highly favourable
n
Confident communication and negotiation skills, with a hunter mentality
n
A track record of winning and growing accounts, not just servicing them
n
Experience with CRM and order-processing systems
n
Sharp attention to detail and strong time management
n
A proactive, self-starting attitude and willingness to work within a team
n
