Site Supervisor - Bathroom renovations (Sub-contract)

As a Subcontract Bathroom Renovations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring every job is delivered safely, efficiently and to the standard our clients expect.

Key responsibilities
n
Supervising bathroom renovation projects from Pre-start through to completion
n
Coordinating subcontract trades, schedules and site activities
n
Keeping projects moving and identifying potential delays before they become problems
n
Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and quality control
n
Managing site issues quickly and professionally
n
Maintaining outstanding communication and customer service throughout each project
n
Building strong working relationships with clients, trades and the Tradepro team
n
Ensuring works are completed in accordance with project requirements, relevant standards and Tradepro's systems
n
About you
n
Extensive experience in bathroom renovations and residential building works
n
Understands the sequencing and coordination of multiple trades
n
Leads from the front and takes ownership of their projects
n
Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects
n
Communicates confidently and earns the respect of trades and clients alike
n
Has a strong eye for detail and refuses to walk past poor workmanship
