You like keeping things organised, and you're someone trainers and students can count on. We're looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team at Sale. You'll be part of a team, helping our trainers and supporting our student's day to day, from the moment they enroll through to finishing their course.

The Role
n
Day to day, you'll be the person trainers and students come to when they need something sorted.
n
n
Manage training groups, keeping schedules and attendance accurate
n
Support students through their course, checking in and flagging where help is needed
n
Organise placements, coordinating dates, hosts and paperwork
n
Enroll new students and keep records accurate and current
n
Help keep compliance on track across training and assessment
n
Support and help supervise our trainer's day to day
n
Catch small inconsistencies early, before they become bigger issues
n

Based in Sale,



working a nine-day fortnight with every second Friday off
n
Who We're Looking For
n
You're someone who's comfortable juggling a few things at once, and who trainers and students know they can rely on.
n
n
Experience in an RTO or the VET sector
n
Background in customer service or client support
n
Good conflict resolution skills
n
Intermediate Word and Excel skills
n
Happy working independently
n
n
And a couple of must haves - you hold a current Victorian driver's licence, and you're willing to get a Working with Children Check.
