Participant Support Officer - Joondalup WA

We are expanding our team and would love you to join us!
n
In this role you will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
n

Support referrals and their transition into the Program
n
Conduct Support sessions and assist students to meet their goals
n
Identify challenges such as transport, childcare, housing, or mental health, and connect students to relevant services
n
n

Build trust and rapport with students attending the program, helping them to stay engaged and reach their education goals

About you:

Ability to work with diverse participants
n
Be a driven, supportive and community minded person who can work with learners, and in some regions, non-English speakers
n
Desire to support students in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
n
Customer centric people person
n
Excellent administration skills to manage student records
n
