n An exciting opportunity exists for an ambitious and commercially minded Tax Lawyer to join a highly regarded boutique practice advising a sophisticated client base of high-net-worth individuals, family groups, private businesses, and SMEs.

n An exciting opportunity exists for an ambitious and commercially minded Tax Lawyer to join a highly regarded boutique practice advising a sophisticated client base of high-net-worth individuals, family groups, private businesses, and SMEs.
n Working closely with experienced senior practitioners, you will advise clients across a broad range of taxation matters including:
n
n
Tax structuring and restructuring
n
Tax implications of business acquisitions and sales
n
Capital gains tax, trust and estate planning
n
Small business tax concessions
n
Division 7A and private group taxation issues
n
Succession and intergenerational wealth planning
n
State taxes, including payroll tax and land tax
n
Tax dispute resolution and dealings with the ATO
n
Implementation of strategies arising from legislative and tax reform changes
n
n
You will work directly with entrepreneurs, business owners, family offices, investors, and SME clients,



providing practical and commercially focused advice that delivers real outcomes. You will ideally possess:
n
n
2+ years PAE in taxation, commercial law, private client advisory, or related areas
n
Strong technical legal and analytical skills
n
An interest in Australia's evolving tax landscape and tax reform initiatives
n
Experience advising private clients, SMEs, family groups, or high-net-worth individuals
n
Excellent drafting and communication skills
n
A commercial approach to client service and problem solving
n
The ability to build trusted long-term client relationships
n
