Girraween Location | $41-$44 per Hour | Immediate Start

Frontline Human Resources (FHR) is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to join a leading manufacturer of windows and doors based in Girraween.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong customer service and administration skills, and ideally has experience within a service or warranty department.
n
What's on Offer?

$41-$44 per hour, depending on experience
n
Monday to Friday
n
Ongoing position with potential to become permanent
n

Your Day-to-Day
n
n
Review and manage service schedules
n
Respond to customer enquiries regarding service dates and general service matters
n
Handle customer calls relating to warranty and service issues
n
Coordinate and follow up service jobs and outstanding actions
n
Review service jobs daily to ensure required processes are completed
n
Liaise with internal teams and Site Service crews
n
Escalate customer or service issues when required
n




Report service crew feedback or issues to Supervisors or Management
n
Assist with service orders and general office administration
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience in Customer Service, Service Administration, Warranty, Administration or Internal Sales
n
Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills
n
Confident dealing with customers and resolving enquiries
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Good computer skills, with SAP experience highly regarded
n
Experience within the windows, doors, manufacturing, building or construction industries will be highly regarded
n
Reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
n
