Recovery Alliance Care in Greensborough VIC is seeking an experienced Client Care Coordinator in a casual, five days per week role.
You can work from home or in office at our Greensborough office to plan, develop and coordinate services aligned with participants' NDIS plans.
The role emphasizes interpreting plans, enabling participant independence, and ongoing review with participants, families and support workers.
A caring, organised communicator with NDIS knowledge is essential.
