Job Description
We're seeking a reliableProduction Worker / Mixerwith a currentLF Forklift Licence to join a busy chemical manufacturing site inCheltenham. You'll be hands-on
acrossmixing/batching,
packaging, labelling and quality checks, and you'll use basic computer systems fordata entry, batch tracking and label generation.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Operate and monitor production equipment (mixers, fillers, packaging lines)
n
Follow batch sheets, SOPs and safety procedures accurately
n
Mixing/batching of products and supporting packaging operations
n
Print/apply product labels to specification and compliance requirements
n
Complete in-process quality checks and record results correctly
n
Basic computer use for production reporting, label printing and tracking
n
Assist with changeovers, cleaning (incl. CIP where required) and minor maintenance
n
Maintain a clean, safe, organised work area (5S / GMP standards)
n
Report faults, near misses and quality concerns promptly
n
n
What you'll need (essential)
n
n
LF Forklift Licence
n
Experience in manufacturing (chemical, FMCG, or similar)
n
Robust attention to detail (labelling + documentation accuracy is critical)
n
Basic computer skills (data entry / production systems / label printing)
n
Ability to follow written instructions, batch sheets and safety guidelines
n
Physically fit (manual handling and being on your feet)
n
Team-first attitude and clear communication
n
n
Nice to have
n
n
Experience working with hazardous chemicals / dangerous goods
n
Exposure to GMP / HACCP / regulated manufacturing environments
n
Cert III in Process Manufacturing (or similar)
n
