Located in Hoppers Crossing, the Werribee and Western Automotive group is looking to for a trainee or inexperienced Service Advisor to join the team and grow within the industry.
n

About The Role
n
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
n
Your Responsibilities Will Include
n
n
Providing outstanding customer service at every interaction.
n
Scheduling customer vehicle bookings, drop-offs, and collections efficiently.
n
Maintaining clear and effective communication between customers and the workshop team.
n
Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries regarding vehicle servicing and repairs.
n
Preparing accurate service documentation, processing invoices, and handling customer payments.
n
Building strong customer relationships and delivering a consistently positive service experience.
n




Working collaboratively with the Service team to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
n
Demonstrating a willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the role.

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will:

Have previous experience in the industry or in a similar customer-facing role.
n
Be reliable, well organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
n
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.

Demonstrate a stable employment history and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
