We're seeking Full-Stack Software Engineers to join a high-performing Australian defence technology team. Delivering innovative software solutions in a secure and complex workplace. What You'll Be Doing
n

Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams delivering complex software solutions.
n
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using microservices architecture.
n
Develop modern front-end applications using frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or Svelte.
n
Build secure, high-performance back-end services using Python and Java Spring Boot.
n
Utilise Docker for containerisation and support CI/CD implementation alongside DevOps teams.
n
Ensure software quality, security, maintainability, and performance across the application stack.
n
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Work closely with UX/UI, data, and systems engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
n
Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to technical innovation.

You'll work with a modern technology stack including Angular, Vue, Svelte, Python, Java (Spring Boot), AWS, Azure, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and a range of SQL and NoSQL databases.

About You
n
n
A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
n
Defence experience in full-stack software development.
n
Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles and best practices.
n
Experience working with cloud technologies and microservices-based architectures.
n
The ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and agile teams.
n
Eligibility to obtain, or currently hold, an Australian Government security clearance.
n
