We're seeking an experienced and clinically strong Care Manager to join a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider.

This is an opportunity for an experienced clinical leader who enjoys being hands-on, developing teams and taking ownership of clinical quality. You'll play a key role in strengthening clinical practice, supporting staff and ensuring residents continue to receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n




Provide strong clinical leadership across the home
n
Oversee clinical governance and quality of care
n
Support and mentor RNs and care staff
n
Monitor clinical indicators, incidents and areas for improvement
n
Drive continuous improvement and best-practice initiatives
n
Oversee care planning, assessments and clinical documentation
n
Support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
Build accountability and clinical capability across the team
n

About You
n
n
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Strong clinical leadership experience within residential aged care
n
Previous Care Manager, Clinical Manager or similar experience preferred
n
Confident overseeing clinical governance and quality outcomes
n
Strong understanding of aged care compliance and regulatory requirements
n
Supportive and approachable leadership style
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
